SCAMMERS!!! Stay away! They are not BBC certified! They prey on people that don't have knowledge of cars. They won't sell you a car if you don't finance. They refused to tell us a price or the gas mileage of the car we drove (which I had already looked up). I got under the cars they told me were rot free and the frame was already rusting out! Mike and his partner were rude and disrespectful. Their lost, no money for them and trick people. Stay away! Know your numbers nd mechanics! Couldn't full us!
Its a great place to buy a vehicle. Its a small used car store with a great selection . Not big like the city where you are just another number and i appreciated it... i really enjoyed my sales person BJ, she did a great job and i will refer everybody to them. Love my new car!
Customer service needs some improvement. Male that answered the phone hung up on me after asking for an email address. Thanks Dude!
I found the staff really friendly from my very first meeting. They ask the right questions and really got to know what my needs were - from a long commute to work to how to truck my horses around. I really appreciate the great service and advice I got from Right Wheels.
I had never purchased a car through a dealership before and was nervous about it. I ended up finding a used Suzuki at Right Wheels for a good deal. Their customer service was great. Later on I had an issue with my brakes, and even though it wasn't covered in the warranty, they reimbursed me. I would recommend Right Wheels to everyone-- from first-time buyers to people who know cars.
